The health and safety of our patients and employees is the top concern at PTCOA during this difficult time. As a result, we need to ask our patients to help us minimize the spread of COVID-19 by exercising the following precautions.
- Please call PTCOA at (844) 215-0731 , if you are running a fever or exhibiting other common symptoms so your appointment can be rescheduled.
- Please do not bring additional people with you to your appointment.
- Please refrain from bringing children to our clinics and surgery centers.
- PTCoA employees will also be asked to limit unnecessary physical contact with patients.
- Additionally, we are implementing a social distancing check-in process in our clinics and surgery centers and will work to minimize patient time in waiting areas – this may mean waiting in vehicles after check-in instead of waiting areas.
- Lastly, anyone entering a PTCOA waiting area may have their temperature taken and may be asked to reschedule and/or return to their vehicle if running a fever of 100.4 or greater or exhibiting other common symptoms. Please watch for updates or additions to these guidelines over the coming days at www.ptcoa.com.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
